scTPA A web tool for single-cell transcriptome analysis of pathway activation signatures.
The scTPA is used for the analysis of single-cell gene expression of pathway activation signatures in human and mouse. Based on well-known biological pathways or user-defined pathways, scTPA will measure the pathway activation for single cells, perform clustering analysis and identify cell-type-specific activation pathways, which will allow a better understanding of cell type and status from a pathway-oriented perspective.
scTPA cann't process files more than 150 MB, we recommend you to use the R package for your analysis. Sorry for the inconvenience.
